STEP 1:

Choose the width of your table, then measure the pallet and mark at that width for cutting.

STEP 2:

Using protective eyewear, safely cut the pallet to the size measured.  Set aside extra wood for later.

STEP 3:

Check to see if your pallet lies flat on the ground. If one or both sides are curved and do not lay flat, you will need to cut an add braces.  

STEP 4:

Nail braces in place and recheck.  Adjust as needed so the pallet lays flat on the ground.  

STEP 5:

Place the blocks on end and adjust to fit your pallet table.  If making more than one, set the pallets so they line up halfway on each block for balance.
